Lam Research is seeking a Technical Program Manager to develop and manage business analytics projects, including SAM for Services, market share, and automation. You will collaborate with Product Groups, regional teams, and analytics groups to inform strategic decisions and roadmap progression.

The role requires extensive semiconductor domain experience, leadership across functions, and strong communication skills to drive projects from inception to delivery in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years; or a PhD with 5+ years in semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor process flow – NAND, DRAM and logic devices.
• Exposure to wafer fabrication equipment preferably etch and deposition tools and its operating performance in terms of running cost and tool uptime
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrating excellent leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company.
• Experience with data analysis tools beyond Excel, such as VBA, SQL, Tableau; and/or experience working with databases

Responsabilités

• Manages development of Services SAM based on installed base, process flows and Lam WFE opex performance.
• Develops and manages tool services performance database, data collection, and analysis and report results to inform program schedules and deliverables.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process and inspire alignment.
• Deliver change management for programs that are sustainable and maintains long-term success.
• Successfully navigate multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
