Job summary

Amazon Leo in Redmond, WA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Flight Electronics to own the end-to-end program strategy for Leo satellites' flight electronics.

You will partner with electrical, embedded software, RF, test engineering, and manufacturing teams to define verification plans and drive high-rate production readiness, ensuring space-grade performance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional engineering teams in hardware/software delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical program strategy for flight electronics powering Leo satellites.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across electrical, embedded software, RF, test and manufacturing.
• Define verification and validation strategies to demonstrate flight readiness.
• Scale production from prototypes to high-rate manufacturing for a constellation.
