Job summary

Zoox is seeking a Program Manager to own fleet orchestration and drive cross-functional strategy for scaling the driverless robotaxi operations. You will partner with Product Software, Data Science, and Fleet Operations to ship improvements that improve rider experience and business outcomes.

You will define and track KPIs, translate complex bottlenecks into clear executive narratives, and lead high-impact programs in a rapidly evolving autonomous mobility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of TPM experience with large-scale cloud software systems (dispatch, marketplace, fleet management, or cloud-backed mobile apps).
• Inquisitive, highly technical mindset; quick to learn new technical domains and solve problems.
• Metrics-first approach to program leadership with KPI definition and tracking.
• Ability to translate complex bottlenecks into data-backed executive narratives for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own fleet orchestration at Zoox: lead cross-functional strategy and execution to scale fleet across new cities/states.
• Drive the roadmap and execution for cloud systems that orchestrate the robotaxi service.
• Orchestrate the test fleet improvements to optimize data collection and geofence validation.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and present data-backed plans to stakeholders.
