Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Product Security to drive complex cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives, align technology delivery with business goals, and mentor high-performing teams across engineering, risk, product, and security.

You will champion agile delivery, manage budgets and schedules, use enterprise AI capabilities for planning, and implement risk management strategies with strong stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality program

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans and risks before use.
• Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering, security, risk, and business teams.
• Proficient in analytical reasoning and decomposition of objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives with clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and escalation paths.
• Develop and execute project plans with technical requirements, resource allocation and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis with RAID updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Apply analytical reasoning to assess performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review.
