Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager II to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide technology initiatives across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations. The role will drive migrations, integrations, and transformations while partnering with executives.

Remote contract role with a W2 benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and life insurance. Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing complex migrations, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
• Experience working within AWS and modern cloud environments.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities.
• Oracle Fusion experience (HCM, ERP, EPM).
• Corporate systems, finance systems, HRIS, ERP, or enterprise application implementation experience.
• Experience in high-growth technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs and platform initiatives.
• Manage program planning, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communications, and execution across multiple teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, and Operations leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Provide executive-level reporting, risk management, and progress updates.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and data-driven decision making.
• Support agile planning and execution across quarterly and annual roadmaps.
• Manage complex migrations, integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives.
