Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager II to lead enterprise-scale technology initiatives across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations in a remote capacity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of TPM experience in large-scale programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with migrations, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS and modern cloud environments.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion (HCM/ERP/EPM).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs and platform initiatives.
• Manage program planning, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communications, and execution across multiple teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, and Operations leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Provide executive-level reporting, risk management, and progress updates.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and data-driven decision making.
• Support agile planning and execution across quarterly and annual roadmaps.
• Manage complex migrations, integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives.
