You will mentor and expand the TPM discipline, establish operating models, and align roadmaps with business objectives while influencing senior leaders to trade off speed, cost, and resiliency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
7+ years managing technical programs.
Experience with distributed computing or SOA.
3+ years building distributed systems using cloud services (AWS).
3+ years Agile delivery.
3+ years delivering large cross-functional programs.
Experience in regulated environments.
PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

Define TPM and delivery strategy with operating mechanisms and tooling.
Align program roadmaps to business objectives and dependencies.
Lead cross-platform technical investments and architectural alignment.
Act as executive escalation point for program risks and tradeoffs.
Ensure measurable platform outcomes: availability, scalability, cost, velocity.
