Atlassian is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to shape and deliver our highest-priority programs for Developer Infrastructure & Productivity. This senior IC role spans multiple teams and time horizons, requiring you to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and drive outcomes with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, R&D, and more.

You will own program lifecycles, manage dependencies, and establish scalable PM systems and coaching to elevate the craft

Qualifications

8+ years of experience on software teams as Development Manager or TPM.
Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into technical programs.
Technical understanding of systems and ability to develop domain expertise.
Experience defining and running end-to-end complex technical programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze objectives and translate them into a long-term platform roadmap.
Define systems programs and action plans for capacity planning, migrations, high availability, and performance improvements.
Partner with engineers and architects to drive progress on technical problems.
Manage lifecycle of programs from initiation to forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across the company.
