Job summary

Atlassian in the United States is seeking a senior leader to define the long-term strategy and drive the roadmap for Developer Infrastructure & Productivity platforms.

You will lead end-to-end programs spanning capacity planning, migrations, performance optimization, and reliability while partnering with executives across Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, Legal, and Security to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy and roadmap for Developer Infrastructure & Productivity platforms by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning capacity planning, migrations, performance optimization, and reliability.
• Partner with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, Legal, and Security to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
