Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA or remotely seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, customer-facing data platform initiatives centered on Databricks and modern cloud architectures. You will own end-to-end delivery for multiple programs, coordinating with solution architects, data engineers, cloud teams, and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-scope outcomes.

This role blends delivery leadership, technical depth, and customer engagement to move programs forward with clarity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or delivery leadership roles.
• Experience delivering federal programs or government customers is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across engineers, business leaders, partners, and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Databricks-focused technical programs, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple engagements.
• Translate statements of work into actionable delivery plans with milestones and governance.
• Drive status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary accountability for program health and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate across engineering, solution architects, product, and sales to align delivery with objectives.
• Develop and refine delivery processes to improve predictability and team efficiency.
