Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, client-facing solutions architecture, or engineering leadership.
• Experience managing data discovery, mapping, and business justifications for thousands of data attributes.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing programs and align multi-client needs to roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of AWS data services (Glue, Lambda, Aurora, EMR, DynamoDB, S3).
• Hands-on ETL, batch processing, Spark/PySpark, and enterprise data migration initiatives.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, CI/CD, and Docker/Kubernetes orchestration.

• Batch Data & Attribute Discovery: document and verify justifications for data attributes.
• Architectural Partnership: shape AWS-based architecture with engineering leads.

• Governance & Alignment: own plans, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise between clients, engineering, and product.
• TPM Enablement: build frameworks and onboarding paths for TPM teams.
