Job summary

Jackson & Correia LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager – Data Solutions to lead enterprise data initiatives across a decentralized organization. This role is 100% remote, with quarterly travel to Massachusetts, delivering DataMarts, dashboards, reports, tools, AI/ML models, and metadata frameworks.

The TPM will own end‑to‑end delivery, define the data solutions roadmap, drive governance‑aligned architecture, manage dependencies, and communicate risks to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data management, data engineering, or technical program management.
• Experience partnering with leadership and data teams.
• Strong SQL and data modeling communication to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of scalable data solutions.
• Define and execute the data solutions roadmap.
• Lead design sessions with senior engineers for compliant data architecture.
• Monitor dependencies and report risks.
