Job summary

Snap Inc. is hiring a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive large-scale, high-stakes programs at the intersection of software engineering, data analytics, and program execution.

The TPM will be a hands-on owner, writing Python notebooks, building dashboards, and partnering with engineering leaders to shape technical roadmaps and operational rhythm. Strong technical fluency and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a technical field.
• 6+ years across Engineering/Data Science/TPM leading cross-functional efforts in a software/tech environment.
• 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale programs across distributed teams.
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency with data-driven decision support.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Grafana/Looker/Tableau).
• Experience collaborating with engineers on design, trade-offs, and roadmaps.
• Comfort with ownership, accountability, and high-visibility roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering groups.
• Serve as a single-threaded owner for critical programs, managing ambiguity and dependencies.
• Own whole program lifecycle from ideation to execution and operational excellence.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to shape roadmaps and drive decisions.
• Use Python, SQL, dashboards, and notebooks to guide programs with data.
