Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions is seeking a highly technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of complex software and technology initiatives from planning through production. This role blends engineering depth with project leadership.

You will bridge engineers, product owners, clients and leadership, discuss architecture and tradeoffs, and translate technical concepts into clear business decisions while driving delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development or technical project management.
• 3+ years leading software delivery initiatives.
• Hands-on software development preferred.
• Experience with modern full-stack tech stacks and cloud
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to business terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners and QA.
• Drive architecture discussions, APIs, databases, and cloud strategy.
• Translate requirements into actionable technical workstreams.
• Manage plans, risks, and delivery timelines across teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and release planning.
• Coordinate deployments and CI/CD with DevOps.
• Produce technical documentation and handoffs.
• Support incident resolution and post-production reviews.
• Continuously improve delivery processes.
