Job summary

Vultr is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution of complex, large-scale AI data center build programs. You will lead multi-workstream initiatives, coordinate with technical leads and executives, and ensure clear communication and accountability across global teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program management, strong change management experience, and fluency in data center deployment concepts.

Qualifications

10+ years of Program Management experience within a technical or infrastructure-focused organization.
Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans; building multi-program portfolios and dependency-linked schedules.
Exceptional Communication & EQ: influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Deep experience in Organizational Change Management during rapid scaling and pivots.
Technical Fluency: understanding of data center deployments and infra rollout critical paths.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-vendor builds.

Responsibilities

Program Accountability: end-to-end delivery of comprehensive data center builds across multiple workstreams.
High-Stakes Facilitation: lead workshops and decisions with technical leads and executives.
Stakeholder Orchestration: coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners globally.
Program Visibility: maintain schedules, dependencies, and risks in PM tools as the source of truth.
Executive Communication: translate technical updates into concise leadership summaries and dashboards.
Ambiguity Navigation: create structure where none exists and drive cross-functional resolution.
