Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Data Center Engineering Global Integrated Facilities Team.

This role leads cross-functional efforts spanning mechanical, electrical, and utility domains to shape product roadmaps for critical data center infrastructure. You will drive lifecycle management from concept to deployment, partner with senior leadership, and influence design choices that improve reliability, efficiency, and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal and external Amazon customers and support teams to gain insights and capture critical mechanical, electrical and utility needs for the business today and in the future.
• Identify program requirements, create a program vision, and own the product development roadmap for critical segments of the data center physical infrastructure.
• Coordinate between multiple teams to develop business cases, define product prioritization, and outline budget and resources for roadmaps.
• Drive continuous advancements within data center designs and communicate technical solutions to Senior Management.
• Own and drive the complete product lifecycle from idea conception through implementation and wide-scale deployment to deprecation.
• Develop product features and deployment strategies to improve performance, reliability, sustainability and efficiency of new applications and use cases.
