Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager - Mechanical Systems for its Data Center Engineering team. You will lead cross-functional programs to design, validate, and deploy mechanical cooling solutions across AWS data centers.

The role focuses on production readiness, KPIs, and ownership of global deployment plans. You will collaborate with hardware, software, and operations teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and cost-effective cooling systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams on complex programs.
• Experience leading mechanical cooling and/or controls systems programs.
• 5+ years in technical product or program management with PM disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/CS or IT-related field.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic plans for mechanical solutions and global deployment.
• Plan for global/ regional nuances, tests, deploys, and readiness actions.
• Lead development, deployment, and sustainment of Mechanical Systems for data centers.
• Provide program leadership for new technologies and retrofit efforts.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs.
