Job summary

TensorWave in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management for Data Center Build and Design to lead the TPM team and own the thirteen-gate delivery framework across campuses.

You will direct the integrated schedule with Construction Engineering, MEP, and Operations, hire and develop TPMs, manage external partners, and drive energization and turnover to operations, with travel typically 30–40%.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years in technical program management or delivery leadership.
• Direct ownership of data center design and construction delivery at scale.
• Proven command of stage gate delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Phase gate framework ownership across all active sites.
• Build and lead a TPM team across campuses.
• Own the integrated master schedule and portfolio status for leadership.
