Amperesand, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Compliance, to own the end-to-end regulatory program for our solid-state transformer portfolio. The role requires coordinating across design, testing, and manufacturing to ensure safety and certification readiness.

You will drive certification plans, engage labs and regulators, and embed compliance into development processes, with travel up to 30% as needed. This is a fast-paced role in San Francisco. Equity compensation available.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or higher in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years in technical program management or regulatory/compliance roles in power electronics.
• Experience managing product certifications (UL, IEC, FCC, CE, etc.).
• Familiar with EVT/DVT/PVT phases and certification submissions.

Mansioni

• Lead end‑to‑end compliance program with certification activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
• Define milestone-driven compliance schedules aligned with product development timelines (EVT, DVT, PVT).
• Manage relationships with external test labs, certification bodies, and regulators.
• Track findings, manage responses, and ensure audit readiness across development stages.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks and drive timely resolutions with design/operative teams.
• Provide clear compliance status updates to executives and cross‑functional partners.
• Incorporate safety, EMC, creepage/clearance, and component approval into design decisions from the start.
• Oversee RoHS/REACH/PFAS, AVLs, and supplier qualification relative to certification.
