Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs that design, develop, launch, and support LV power distribution products.
• Set cadence for product engineering and ensure manufacturing readiness and ramp targets are met.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to align requirements and delivery commitments.
• Build detailed program plans with milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage interdependencies, critical paths, and resources to execute roadmaps on time.
• Identify and mitigate risks; report status and trade-offs to Sr. Management.
• Own the delivery lifecycle from kickoff to wide-scale deployment and deprecation.
• Operate in a high-pressure environment with leadership and clear judgment.
