Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive programs across Builder Operations, data plane platform and infrastructure services for Leo's Build and Test systems. The role supports thousands of developers and downstream services involved in build, download, and release processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• 5+ years of CI/CD experience or AWS Professional level certification.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of programs spanning infrastructure adoption, de-dataplane, service compliance and security, customer feedback and roadmap planning.
• Partner with embedded software engineers, cloud service developers, and test automation teams to deliver a platform that satellite software teams depend on daily.
