Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Mathematical Software and Algorithms to oversee Battlespace Awareness software development across sub-teams and stakeholders.

You will lead planning, integration with C2 systems, release management, risk mitigation, and documentation, applying optimization, probability, and AI/ML techniques.

Candidates need PM experience, security clearance eligibility, and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub; strong communication essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan - including feature development, testing and validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the software that align with program needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of underlying algorithms and software interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification to ensure services integrate with the C2 system.
• Document technical specifications, user manuals, and project reports; improve project management processes.
• Oversee planning and execution of the software release process and ensure quality standards are met before deployment.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders; provide status updates through reports and presentations.
• Assess and allocate resources to ensure project support; monitor and adjust to avoid bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with SMEs; update risk management plans.
