Job summary

Korry Electronics is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the lifecycle of mission-critical avionics programs, from proposal through delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet technical, schedule, and budget goals in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field.
• 10 years’ experience in program management or similar role in a highly regulated industry.
• Proven experience leading complex technical programs in aerospace or similar regulated fields.
• Ability to lead, influence, and mentor technical teams to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate integrated program teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Define and manage the overall program plan including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks and drive timely execution through phase-gate processes.
• Communicate progress, risks, and forecasts to stakeholders and customers.
• Manage resources to achieve program objectives and identify opportunities for revenue and cost savings.
• Standardize processes and capture lessons learned across programs.
