Job summary

Korry Electronics in Everett, WA seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own full lifecycle avionics programs from proposal through delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, define the program plan, manage scope, schedule and budget, mitigate risks, and drive customer alignment in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in program management, strong leadership, and the ability to translate customer needs into flight-worthy products while guiding teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is preferred.
• 10 years of experience in program management in a highly regulated industry.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and mentor technical teams to deliver complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and lead cross-functional program teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Define and manage the overall program plan, scope, schedule and budget.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks to prevent impact on delivery.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders to build alignment.
• Drive performance, track cost targets and identify revenue/cost reduction opportunities.
• Standardize processes and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
