Job summary

Amazon Prime Air is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to oversee design development and launch of drone operations sites in the Prime Air program. This role requires coordinating across engineering, construction management, and fulfillment networks to deliver integrated site designs that scale across teams.

The team works under the Office of the Chief Engineer to ensure schedule planning, milestones, and cross‑functional alignment, enabling safe, fast, and cost-effective delivery solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience with engineering product development programs, especially in vehicle design, hardware design, and/or operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive program level milestone tracking and implementation, dependency mapping, and schedule updates.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, presenting strategies and results to senior leadership and operational partners.
• Directly support leadership in defining roadmaps, setting goals, tracking progress to plans, and ensuring cross-team integration.
