Job summary

Mastercard’s Portfolio Intelligence team seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive data-driven, scalable solutions. You will own end-to-end execution, manage cross-team dependencies, and partner with engineering, product, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.

The role requires strong Agile/Hybrid delivery experience, technical depth to navigate ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology projects.
• Understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models and SDLC.
• Technical depth to navigate ambiguity and structure complex problems.
• Ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Systems-level thinking and collaboration with engineering on APIs and platform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of Portfolio Intelligence initiatives, ensuring work is clearly scoped, prioritized, planned, tracked, and delivered.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans with milestones, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and contingency planning.
• Drive accountability across engineering, product, stakeholder, and partner teams with clear owners and delivery commitments.
• Partner across Mastercard to align priorities, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure progress toward outcomes.
• Provide data-driven updates to stakeholders and serve as the source of truth for program status.
