Job summary

LILT is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager of Applied AI to bridge research and industrial-scale execution. You will architect benchmark transformations, manage data pipelines for LLMs and multimodal models, and collaborate with labs to deliver high-quality, diverse data across languages.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Equivalently, a Ph.D. with 5+ years in a high-growth AI/engineering environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience founding or scaling a venture or operating in an early-stage startup.
• Strategic execution with strong business acumen and stakeholder management in frontier AI labs.
• Frontier AI data pipelines experience for LLMs or multimodal models; multilingual and multi-domain data knowledge.
• Experience with high-throughput programs and automated validation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO of your customer’s business by co-developing benchmark transcreations with research lab partners.
• Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority technical programs for frontier AI labs; manage datasets and milestones.
• Architect pipelines for delivering high-volume data samples across multiple modalities (text, image, video, audio).
• Partner with production to implement automated and human-in-the-loop QC frameworks for data integrity.
• Bridge the gap between engineering, research, and production to meet frontier AI market needs.
