Job summary

Lilt in the United States seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager of Applied AI to bridge research and industrial-scale execution. You will act with an entrepreneurial mindset, effectively acting as the CEO of your customer’s business to drive success and co-develop benchmark transcreations with research lab partners.

You will lead frontier AI lab programs, manage massive-scale datasets across text, image, video, and audio, and implement robust QC frameworks with production teams to ensure data

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/engineering program leadership and data pipeline management.
• Experience delivering high-throughput benchmarks and QC at scale.
• Strong collaboration with research labs and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs for frontier AI labs and datasets.
• Architect data pipelines for multimodal data and benchmark transformations.
• Collaborate with research labs, production teams, and engineering to deliver on objectives.
• Establish automated and human-in-the-loop QC frameworks.
