Job summary

Amazon Leo Antenna Development is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Antenna Calibration to own end-to-end program management from requirements to design, integration, and test.

You will define interfaces between hardware, firmware, and software, drive cross-team alignment, and lead calibration strategy, risks, and release processes to deliver on schedule. Strong collaboration with RF, mechanical, electrical, and software teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the program roadmap and execution plan for antenna calibration system development, defining milestones and driving delivery across multiple engineering teams.
• Define, document, and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications between hardware, firmware, and software components.
• Drive the calibration test strategy, including test architecture, measurement methodology, and pass/fail criteria in partnership with RF and systems engineering teams.
• Coordinate integrated hardware/software development efforts, ensuring alignment across mechanical, electrical, RF, and software disciplines.
• Identify and manage technical risks and trade-offs, escalating decisions to leadership with data and recommendations.
• Establish and maintain software release processes, including CI/CD pipeline management, build and deployment schedules, version control practices, and cross-team coordination.
• Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
