Job summary

Intelligence Security Laboratories in the United States seeks a Technical Program Manager to align engineers, leadership, and external partners to deliver high-assurance AI security programs. You will own plans, schedules, risk, and quality controls in a fast-growing non-profit setting.

You'll define processes, establish cadences, and build program execution practices while engaging with technical stakeholders and driving cross-organizational collaboration from ground up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program or project management experience
• Experience managing external vendors, contractors, or partners delivering technical work
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to produce clear documentation
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in a small, fast-moving organization

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and drive execution of technical programs from scoping through delivery, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and acceptance criteria
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal engineering staff and external partners and contractors delivering technical work
• Define deliverables clearly, track progress, and ensure quality and security standards are met
• Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early and drive to resolution
• Establish and maintain program documentation, status reporting, and decision records for high-assurance work
• Support contract and statement-of-work development for technical engagements
• Facilitate technical reviews, design checkpoints, and hand-offs across teams and organizations
• Contribute to building ISL’s program management practice as the organization grows
