Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Native Transformation program end-to-end from planning to rollout.
• Run monthly AI Native business reviews and define metrics.
• Identify knowledge-worker workflows and rebuild them AI-natively as features.
• Coordinate across engineering, tooling partners, and enablement teams.
• Curate central resources: templates, skill packs, and adoption playbooks.
• Program AI upskilling with trainings, workshops, and office hours.
• Run retrospective cycles to drive mechanism changes that raise adoption.
