Job summary

Amazon Advertising seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs for the AI core infrastructure. You will drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale agentic AI initiatives, collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to accelerate roadmaps and ensure reliable, scalable services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale agentic AI programs, ensuring alignment with Amazon Advertising’s long-term business and technical goals.
• Stakeholder Influence: Partner with leaders, stakeholders, and internal agent builder teams to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver impactful agentic core infra solutions that scale globally.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with engineering, product from agent and skill builder teams to onboard and utilize agentic core infra to accelerate their roadmaps.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Define KPIs and metrics to measure program success, identify areas for improvement, and provide transparent, actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the key connection point between engineering, business teams, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution.
