Job summary

Teladoc Health is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex cross-functional technical programs across web, mobile, platform, infrastructure, and data products. You will partner with product, engineering, design, data, and operations to align execution with business goals and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve delivery efficiency and governance.

The role requires deep technical understanding, strong leadership, and the ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in program or project management with cross-functional delivery.
Experience delivering large-scale, technical programs with measurable outcomes.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, data pipelines, CI/CD, security.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning web, mobile, platform, and data products.
Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
Identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage escalations.
Create dashboards and reporting using Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Tableau, Power BI.
