Job summary

Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in New York, NY to drive complex technical initiatives across web, mobile, platform, and data products.

You will partner with product, engineering, design, data, and operations to align technical execution with business objectives in a highly matrixed environment. The role emphasizes strong program leadership, scalable delivery, and the use of AI-enabled tools to improve governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years in a Technical Program Manager or equivalent role.
• Experience delivering large-scale cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, data pipelines, CI/CD, security.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
• Strong stakeholder management without direct authority; ability to influence executives.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve delivery and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across web, mobile, platform, and data products.
• Drive alignment among product, engineering, design, and operations for strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
• Identify risks, mitigate blockers, and manage escalations.
• Facilitate architecture discussions, integrations, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Create dashboards and status reports using Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Mentor junior TPMs and serve as a thought leader for TPM practices.
