Job summary

Teladoc Health is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex cross-functional technical initiatives across web, mobile, platform, infrastructure, and data products. You will partner with product, engineering, design, data, and operations to align technical delivery with business objectives and leverage AI-enabled tools for governance and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong technical background.
5+ years in program/project management experience.
2+ years in a TPM or equivalent role.
Experience delivering large cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, CI/CD, security principles.
Experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFe/Lean environments.
Strong stakeholder influence without direct authority.
Experience using AI/automation tools to improve delivery and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional programs across web, mobile, platform, and data products.
Coordinate with product, engineering, design, data, and operations to align execution with business goals.
Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and metrics.
Identify risks, mitigate blockers, and manage escalations.
Lead architecture and integration discussions and delivery tradeoffs.
Establish KPIs and program health dashboards.
