• Outstanding verbal and written communication; translates complex tech to executives.
• Hands-on using AI/LLM tools to optimize workflows and productivity.
• Solid SDLC, architecture concepts, and cloud/SaaS infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the Software Management Program.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Security, and Stakeholders.
• Establish program KPIs, frameworks, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Incorporate AI tools to speed up analysis and boost team velocity.
• Deliver transparent updates and strategic presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify dependencies and risks and implement mitigation to keep scope on track.
