Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Sr. Manager Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of large, multi-team programs spanning product, engineering, and business units.

You will own kickoff through launch, maintain detailed plans, dependencies, and dashboards, and lead cross-team coordination with product leadership. You will translate status into concise updates, surface risks early, and guide launch readiness across engineering, QA, docs, support, and go-to-market teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management for enterprise software, cloud infra, or data analytics.
• Experience managing multi-team delivery programs with large engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS product delivery cycles.
• Hands-on Agile delivery and program-level tracking experience.
• Clear, effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Foundational AI awareness and ability to apply AI to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across multiple teams.
• Create and maintain program plans, dependencies, risks, and milestone dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-team decisions and run standups, syncs, and reviews.
• Translate program status into crisp updates for leadership and engineers.
• Identify risks early and drive retrospectives for process improvements.
• Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, docs, support, and GTM.
• Maintain program metrics and surface trade-offs to leadership.
• Apply AI basics to improve productivity and impact across teams.
