Teradata is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs across our product portfolio. You will drive execution from strategy through launch, align engineering and product leaders around outcomes, and ensure momentum across teams and geographies.

You will build program plans, track risks, and deliver concise executive updates while coordinating launch readiness with engineering, QA, documentation, security, support, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management or related experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or analytics products.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and SaaS/data-platform lifecycles.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, drive decisions across boundaries, and operate amid ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and delivery for complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams and product areas.
• Build clear program plans, risk registers, milestones, and executive-level health metrics.
• Drive cross-functional decisions, resolve ambiguity, and maintain alignment across teams.
• Translate technical complexity into concise updates and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Coordinate end-to-end launch readiness across engineering, quality, documentation, support, security, and GTM teams.
