Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Senior Manager Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of large, multi-team programs across product areas. You will own execution from kickoff through launch, partnering with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires a track record of leading 20+ engineers, deep cloud and data analytics experience, and proficiency with Agile delivery and stakeholder communications. A flexible work model is supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise software, cloud, or data analytics.
• Experience managing multi-team delivery programs with 20+ engineers.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data systems.
• Hands-on Agile delivery, sprint planning, and program-level tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Build and maintain detailed program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and milestones dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making to keep programs on track; run standups and reviews.
• Translate program status into crisp updates for product leadership and senior engineering audiences.
• Identify and elevate delivery risks early; lead focused retrospectives for improvements.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities across engineering, QA, documentation, support, and GTM teams.
• Support data-driven prioritization by surfacing trade-off analyses to leadership.
• Apply foundational AI skills to explore ways AI can enhance productivity and impact.
