Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; electrical engineering preferred, or 12+ years in hardware development.
• Senior TPM with 8+ years in similar roles.
• Proficiency with PM tools: MS Project, MS Office, Requirements Management and Configuration Management.
• Hands-on hardware product development experience in regulated industries such as Aerospace or Medical Devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead core engineering teams and cross‑functional groups to manage programs end‑to‑end.
• Coordinate staff to resolve issues, manage risk, and oversee hardware/software verification testing.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and schedules; drive process improvements.
