Amazon Compliance Shared Services is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-organizational technology compliance initiatives across teams. You will work with product management, design, and engineering to define scalable, reusable products ensuring compliance with global regulations.

The role requires deep TPM experience, direct engagement with software engineers, and a proven ability to drive complex programs across multiple teams while delivering incremental improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
