Amazon.com Services LLC Stores Security - Regulation Tech Assurance (RTA) seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager with a security governance background to identify, analyze, and prioritize security risk across Amazon.

You will drive end-to-end data governance, manage security programs, coordinate with stakeholders, lead compliance activities, and report KPIs to executives, helping reduce risk while aligning with legal and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and release schedules.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of Amazon's data governance strategy.
• Manage and be accountable for security programs to reduce risk.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify customer needs and solutions.
• Lead security compliance activities to meet legal and industry standards.
• Continuously prioritize risk for service, security, and leadership.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies with security engineers.
• Communicate clearly with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Integrate risk management into enterprise processes and report KPIs.
