Qualifications

• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years in technical product or program management.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior engineers to map data flows across systems.
• Lead technical design for compliant architecture with senior engineers.
• Oversee scoping and funding of resources for the design work.
• Drive implementation of technical tasks, monitoring dependencies & blockers.
• Own broad scope influencing technical direction across teams.
• Act as single threaded tech lead for end-to-end data flows from origin to destination.
• Set a program portfolio for a 3+ year vision of technical innovation.
• Engage with Principal Engineers, Engineering-Managers and PMTs on decisions.
• Hold partner teams to ambitious goals that improve practices within services.
• Identify inter-system dependencies and monitor paths to address them.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and s-team updates.
