Job summary

Amazon Leo is shaping a global satellite-powered internet service. We seek a Senior Product Manager – Technical to define requirements, align features across NTN handset vendors, and drive the roadmap for a scalable satellite-to-handset ecosystem.

You will work with satellite RAN, Core, and 5G handset teams to ensure 3GPP-aligned protocols, low latency, and high reliability while managing cross-functional delivery and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Own/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Deliver features and tradeoffs for a product.
• Contribute to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.
• Bridge technical and business teams to collect/refine requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Represent and advocate for customers during executive prioritization and planning.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or 5+ years of wireless comms experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive UE feature alignment with 5G handset vendors for interoperability with Amazon Leo components.
• Own NTN Handset product roadmap, UE compliance and TA execution across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with engineering, PIT and partners to define/build/test 3GPP protocol layers with low latency and high reliability.
• Stay current with 3GPP releases and NTN deployment models to guide long-term strategy.
• Write/present technical documents (6-pagers, BRDs, PRDs) to senior leadership.
