Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge, IL is seeking Service Advisors for a late morning shift (Tue–Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 7:30am-5pm) to support an expanding business and facility expansion (22 additional service bays). Qualifications

• Toyota/Lexus experience preferred.
• Previous Advisor, Dealership experience required.
• Experience working in teams preferred.
• Must be proficient using a computer.
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must have valid IL driver's license and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize walk around process to increase customer awareness of vehicle condition and build rapport.
• Generate service order estimates/quotes for customers.
• Make suggestions to customers for recommended services based on customer's vehicle condition and mileage.
• Conduct timely vehicle status updates and post-repair follow up - phone calls and emails/texts to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints.
