Larson Tower Specialists is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Tower Technician Level 3 (top hand) to lead teams and provide technical guidance on complex tower projects in Wyoming. The role combines field installation, maintenance, and mentorship to junior technicians while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

• Leadership experience leading technician teams on complex projects.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior technicians.
• Experience performing maintenance, repair and installation of telecom equipment on towers.
• Skill in using hand/power tools and test equipment.
• Record-keeping of work performed and materials used.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams of technicians on complex projects, assigning tasks and ensuring safe, efficient work.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians.
• Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and structures.
• Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
