Larson Tower Specialists is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Tower Technician to join our Idaho team as a Level 3 technician. The role includes leading crews on complex projects and providing technical guidance and support to junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of technicians on complex projects, including assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
• Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
• Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Train and mentor junior technicians
