Larson Tower Specialists is seeking a Telecommunications Tower Technician (Green Hand) to assist senior technicians with maintenance, repair, and installation of telecom equipment on towers and structures across the United States. Training and development are emphasized in a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when working at heights.
• Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
