Job summary

Unity is hiring a Total Rewards Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within Unity’s Grow & AI, Engineering/Product, COO, G&A, or Sales & Marketing functions. You will design, implement, and deliver compensation and headcount planning programs with autonomy and centralized support.

You will partner with functional leaders to ensure competitive, equitable programs aligned with Unity’s governance.

Qualifications

Experience in compensation, rewards, or total rewards consulting.
Ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy and market trends.
Familiarity with job architecture, salary ranges, equity programs.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to design, implement, and deliver compensation programs and headcount planning.
Serve as primary advisor to functional leaders on pay programs and workforce investments.
Participate in leadership meetings as an embedded member of the Talent Leadership Trio.
Interpret job architecture and equity frameworks; apply them to business needs.
Monitor market trends and advise on calibration and risk mitigation.
Facilitate compensation cycles and off-cycle programs with business context.
