Job summary
Unity is seeking a Senior Compensation Program Manager to lead the global compensation strategy, act as an internal insights expert, and drive the execution of the global Job Architecture redesign. You will build AI-enabled tools to scale compensation infrastructure and partner with Recruiting and compensation leadership to ensure data-driven, competitive pay structures.
You will own global salary design and benchmarking, ensuring ranges are fiscally sustainable and aligned with Unity’s
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading compensation infrastructure, salary structures, and market strategy at scale in tech.
- Ability to deliver value quickly on new and midstream projects.
- Experience building automated compensation models, preferably with AI integration.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize global compensation trends into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Own end-to-end global salary design, implementation, and audits.
- Drive global launch of Job Architecture redesign and ensure seamless system integration.
- Build scalable compensation toolkits and AI-enabled analytics models.
- Advise Recruiting and Leadership on complex pay scenarios and offers.
